Many of our clients have cross-border or multi-jurisdictional legal needs. We have developed an international network of providers who are able to assist our clients with their needs at preferred rates. We recognise that lead law firms in the home jurisdiction often appoint local lawyers in other jurisdictions on a sub-contract basis without properly supervising their activities or obtaining good value. The role of co-ordinating overseas local counsel is a key focus for us.
