
Daniel joined Kennedy Cater as a Procurement Consultant in 2025. Having studied Economics at the University of Birmingham, he has since developed expertise in navigating regulated environments, collaboratively, to deliver strategic objectives.
He is MCIPS qualified and brings extensive experience in public sector procurement across a range of categories. As a Category Manager for a West Midlands authority, he led high-value procurements across Highways Management, Waste and Recycling, Professional Services and Innovative Technologies, such as connected autonomous vehicles. He applies his detailed understanding of the principles of public sector procurement to design structures that deliver compliant, collaborative and innovative procurement practice.
