Richard studied law at Durham University and qualified as a solicitor in 2010. He joined Kennedy Cater in 2011, working with both private and public sector clients prior to specialising in the social housing, local government and NHS sectors as Client Services Manager. He has led the procurement of many of our high profile legal services frameworks, and the delivery of their client benefit programmes. In 2026, Richard became General Manager of Kennedy Cater’s Public Sector team.
